Mr. Silfen is General Counsel at Hildred.
Before joining Hildred in June 2025, Mr. Silfen was Co-Chair of Mergers & Acquisitions at Duane Morris LLP, a multinational law firm with more than 900 lawyers based in Philadelphia. In that role, Mr. Silfen led numerous acquisitions, divestitures, business combinations and control transactions, as well as capital formation transactions, principally for private equity-backed and publicly traded companies.
In his free time, Mr. Silfen enjoys sharing life experiences with his wife and their family. He enjoys scuba diving and other water sports and has a special interest in University of Alabama football and basketball.
Mr. Silfen received a B.A. In Physics from Baylor University and a J.D. from the University of Alabama.
