Ms. Gambardella is a Managing Director and Head of Human Capital at Hildred, where she leads the human capital function across the firm and its portfolio companies.
Ms. Gambardella brings more than a decade of human capital experience in executive search, leadership advisory and talent strategy, with a focus on building and developing the leadership teams that drive value creation in private equity-backed companies. Prior to joining Hildred, she was Head of Talent at Arsenal Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity firm. Before that, Ms. Gambardella was an Executive Recruiter at Spencer Stuart, a global leader in executive search and leadership consulting, where she advised CEOs and Boards of Directors on their most critical leadership decisions.
At Hildred, Ms. Gambardella focuses on human capital and organizational effectiveness across the entire investment lifecycle, including partnering with investment and operating teams on management assessment during diligence, executive recruiting, organizational design, succession planning, and leadership development to position each company for long-term growth and a successful exit. She also leads human capital best practices for the firm itself, including recruiting, performance, development, and culture.
Ms. Gambardella lives in New York City with her husband. She enjoys staying active and loves to travel, having visited more than 20 countries. Ms. Gambardella graduated magna cum laude with a dual degree in Management and Spanish from Bucknell University.
