Ms. Shapira is an Operating Partner at Hildred. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of two Hildred portfolio companies, Hyland’s and Revance, where she is Audit Chair.
Ms. Shapira has over 20 years of consumer industry experience across finance and operating roles as well as private and public Board seats. She spent over 13 years at Goldman Sachs as Managing Director in Equity Research leading the Broadlines Retail universe of luxury, department and discount stores, grocers, warehouse clubs and off-price retail. She was the Chief Financial Officer at David Yurman, a privately-held, luxury jewelry brand with a global omni-channel reach. Most recently, she was Managing Director at Eurazeo Brands, a mid-market private equity firm. She previously served as a Director of Kohl's Department Stores and Hain Celestial Group, Inc., a leading global organic and natural products company.
Ms. Shapira lives in Manhattan with her husband and two sons. She’s an avid traveler and loves the ballet. Ms. Shapira received a B.A. in International Relations from Tufts University and M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
